Every working day Raw Garden is a place for healthy lunch. We offer 2 set lunch consisting of soup and main dish, and drink (lime, cucumber water or ginger tea with honey) for 3.5 LVL.
We change lunch set every day however it will always include two main choices:
- Raw food lunch – both soup and main dish prepared bellow 45 C, thus preserving maximum amount of vitamins and enzymes.
- Hot healthy lunch vegan lunch – Food prepared in Raw Garden creates alkaline pH 7.3 environment in your body. Diseases are consequences of too much acidity (opposite to alkaline) in human body.
Our dishes are low fat, with reduced salt (we use only Celtic sea salt), gluten-free and lactose-free. Research has shown that this type of diet reduces cholesterol and normalizes body weight, blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
Most of the vegetables and apples in Raw Garden are purchased from Latvian organic farms Eicēni Straupes parish and Ataugas Džūkstes parish.
